The above picture shows the consent form of a learning journey which your child will be going on March after CA1.
They are going to the National Museum on 11 March 2010 (Thursday). However, there is a mistake in the consent form but I have informed the pupils to make the necessary change to it.


The above picture shows an amended copy of the form 'Parenting with Confidence'.

The amendments of this copy are the inclusion of the schedule of the workshop and the inquiry contact.


The above picture shows the information of the Annual School-based Health Screening in primary school.

The health screening sessions are scheduled for the Primary 3 on 22nd and 23rd March.

To facilitate the smooth working process of this screening, the school would like to collect your child's health booklet in advance (do also slot in the above form in the booklet).
